Wow, It's amazing what a good workout can do for you! I was a little delayed on getting started on P90X because we had to also order the pull-up bar and resistance bands. After finally getting those in, I started last Monday! There were some tough mornings and I have been extremely sore, which is a good thing! I have done some of the workouts in the morning and some at night. I LOVE working out in the mornings, but I HATE getting up! It's a lot harder to do my workouts in the evenings because I am usually so tired from a day of work and running and spending time with the family and am just non-stop until about 10 at night and so that would put me getting to bed at 11:30! Which makes the next morning even harder to get up! LOL. Just creates a cycle! I have really enjoyed it though. My favorite is Kenpo X and I actually liked Yoga too which surprised me! It was an awesome 90 minutes of stretching and balancing after a week of working muscles I had not worked in quite some time! I wrote my schedule out on my pocket calendar and my last day of p90x (as long as I do it everyday like i am suppose to) will be December 19. I look forward to that day!! :) I am ready to start seeing some results right now, and I have been taking some pictures that I am not quite willing to share! LOL! But I do have a workout blog that is completely private to me so maybe after my 90 days I will make it semi-public!! haha! MAYBE! :) Anyway! Anyone else out there doing an exercise program of some sort? Got any tips for me? Would love to hear any!!!
