Walking

I am so thankful for pretty weather! I hope that it stays like this and only gets warmer! I am so ready to wear my capris and flip-flops! I LOVE flip-flops! Last week, Ashton and I planned on starting a walking regimen. BUT wonderful RAIN on Monday followed by freezing cold weather the rest of the week! Yes, I know, we should be devoted rain snow or sunshine, but when you just get started back in to the swing of things, you want some nice weather to help with the motivation part. Needless to say, we failed all last week but are in good spirits to start this week out with a nice walk! Anyone else waiting on nice weather to get their sneakers on??? Walking is such a good way to exercise! It's enjoyable and free! It has numerous benefits like strengthening your heart and lungs, improves circulation, burns calories, increases your confidence, strengthens the bones, improves muscle tone and just generally brightens your mood and I need all the mood brightening I can get! :) Well Hope you all have a wonderful week! Aaaaaaahh yes, walking. Exercise. Hmmm, I guess I should look into it one of these days..
