Kaidi's Nursery

Things got started on our house this week. They have dug the footers, stacked the block and should be moving in some dirt for the slab within the next few days. I am so excited and scared at the same time. This is an extremely large purchase here. The biggest thing I have ever bought was Gregg's Chevy truck we use to own. So there is a big difference between a crew cab truck and a 3900 sq. foot house (that is total, living is 2600) I am so nervous about jumping off in to this house but so ready to decorate Kaidi's nursery. I hate that she is going to be 2 months old before she ever even has a nursery, but that is ok because the nursery she is going to have is going to be the bomb diggity! :) I decided I would post some pics on here of what I have in mind for her nursery. :) First I am gonna give you a pic of her room layout.
This is her layout. As you can see she has her own walk in closet and her own bathroom. It's a 12x12 room and has the nice little window looking out in to the back yard!! :) Anyway.. to give you a visual of her room it is going to be a light pink color, like this

This is the crib we are going to get for her:

This is the bedding that we are using:

This is the changing table:
And I have found these cute storage containers below to keep her toys and blankets and other items in on the shelves.

Can you tell I am a ready to get to decorating?? I have also been working on letters to hang over her crib that match her bedding and also a hairbow holder that I made a few months back. :) I am so ready to fill her closet with all of these cute little outfits and dresses and shoes that I am waiting for her to grow in to! :)

My exciting post for the day! :)
