Back Track to the Beach Trip

I decided that I wanted to share some of our summer memories. They are so close to my heart right now and had this not happened, I would have EVENTUALLY got them on here! :) I know my last post before this happened was us heading to the beach so I am going to pick up from there. We went and spent 2 nights down at the beach with my side of the family. My sister and her husband had rented a townhouse for the week and we wanted to go spend a little time with them, my brother and his wife and my parents. Big Group with LOTS of little ones! My brother and his wife Heather have a little girl, Addison, who was born at the end of January of 2007 and then we had Brayden and Kenadi on May 9, 2007 and then 5 days later my sister gave birth to her 3rd child Brennon. It was such a blessing to have them all together and to see them playing all together. It makes it much harder on Gregg and I now to see Addison and Brennon because of the absence of Brayden and Kenadi. It is going to be hard to see all the firsts that they will go through with them knowing that we are suppose to be doing it too.... ok, we had a great time at the beach and got some great photos of all of us together. That was quite an adventure. I was 4 months pregnant at the time and I had the camera that was taking the picture of all of us. We flipped over a garbage can at the beach and set up about 30 ft from the can. Well I have a 10 sec. timer on my camera. I would have to press the button, dash through the sand, plop down next to Gregg, grab Kenadi and smile. I did this about 4 times in a row. Got some good shots out of it though.

My beautiful daughter. She loved playing in the sand.

This is a picture of my family. My dad, Rick, my mom, Terri, my sister, Hannah, my brother, Adam and then of course me!

This is all of us. The guys on the back (Gregg, Brayden, Daddy, Jeremy, Grayson and Adam) and then the lovely ladies on the front (Me, Kenadi, Mama, Ashton, Brennon, Hannah, Addison and Heather)
I am so thankful for this picture. I know that everyone in my family is too.

thanks for sharing these sweet memories with all of us who are following your story. I, as well as many many others, continue to check in on your blog daily. Hundreds of people are thinking of and praying for you and your family daily. I know you are feeling God's arms wrapped around you both, and I hope your mom is feeling that right now as well.

Meredith,
Even though their lives were far too short, they were very full and happy! They had a really good life and you and Gregg gave them that. And they knew Jesus! So, even though your job ended too soon, you did it WELL! Be happy and proud of the memories you have.

What a beautiful family!

If you feel comfortable sharing Meredith, I would like to know how your mom is doing in all of this? If there is any specific way we can pray for her (as well as your father), please do let us know. I would love to cover them in prayer as well.
