BLUE HAS NEVER BEEN BLUER

This past weekend I attended the Women of Faith Conference in Atlanta, Georgia. It was a wonderful worship-filled event. I had a bad night last night and this morning was pretty hard on the way to work. I popped in my new Mandisa CD that I bought at the conference and this wonderful song was on her soundtrack. It is encouraging to know the wonderful life my children are living.
Hope you enjoy it as much as I have this morning.

Meredith,

First, I want to introduce myself to you. My name is Julie(Kelley)Hardy and I live in Andalusia. (I am friends with Suzanne Cotton and a sister to TJ Kelley).

I just wanted to let you know that there isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about you, nor say a prayer to lift you and your entire family up during this difficult time in your lives. As I read the words in your blog, the tears just flowed from my eyes because of the pain you are feeling. I admire that you have turned your eyes upon Jesus and giving Him all of the glory.

I also wanted to share another blog that I happened upon. Go to my blog: www.hardys4ua.blogspot.com and click on The McClenahans. Both of you Moms have experienced pain with losing a child and she, too, is a Christian and is expecting a baby. She lost her little girl(last February), Cora, when she was 10 months old-- just 17 days later after she was diagnosed with neuroblastoma. I wanted to share this webpage with you in hopes that it will help you or vice versa. Please know that I'm sending up prayers for you.......
Be strong and let your heart take courage, All you who HOPE in the Lord-Psalms 31:24

May God be with you on this day. I wish I had the words to make the hurt all better. I can pray that our father will hold you and your family in his strong arms

It's a beautiful song isn't it! I heard it when the CD was released and it's definitely my favorite. But I also have several more that have brought me comfort, if you want the list, let me know.
